The only positive stories were Durant’s MVP campaign. Not the start anyone predicted.
James harden trade rumors linking him to the Nets was met by skepticism from sports analysts all over the networks. Questions of how the ‘big 3’ would work was the talk of the week. Many thought it would fail due to ego and locker room issues.
In his debut, James Harden with the nets put to bed all the slander and criticisms with a 32pts 14 reg 12 ast performance against the Orlando Magic. KD had 42 pts 4 reb 5ast for the Win.

Their defense is a working progress. Defensive rating 113. Team defense has been emphasized and the big 3.
Durant’s recurring injuries are a concern. He’s only played 24 games this season. Currently KD and Harden have been sidelined.
With only 12 regular season games left, it will be interesting to watch how the nets prepare for the postseason and handle the expectations fans have for them.
